Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 55q online casino and sports betting platform ("55q", "we", "us", "our"), including all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the website at 55q.onl ("Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 55q Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 55q. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 55q reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 55q website at 55q.onl and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's 55q account, including deposited funds and any approved bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all Platform activities.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the 55q Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are satisfied and continue to be satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 55q Platform does not permit use by any individual below the age of 21, without exception.
• You are a natural person. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not eligible to register an account.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when using the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All personal information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You are using your own funds and are not using funds derived from illegal activity.

55q reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or during any audit. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Management and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 55q Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If 55q determines that a Player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited at 55q's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

• You must notify 55q immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 55q will never contact you by email or any other channel to request your password. Do not share your password with anyone claiming to represent 55q.
• You should use a strong, unique password for your 55q account and change it periodically.
• 55q is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 55q Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 55q does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time, and methods may be added or removed without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts can expect withdrawals to reach their mobile wallet within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Ownership: The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• No Fees: 55q does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 55q's control.
• Reversal of Deposits: Once a deposit has been credited to your 55q account, it cannot be reversed by you. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact support immediately.

55q reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification checks. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, 55q may freeze account funds while an investigation is conducted. Withdrawals requested using a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit may require additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 55q may offer promotions, bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between Promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion.

• Promotions are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and will be stated in the Promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the applicable Promotion terms. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• 55q reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time, including after a Promotion has been claimed by a Player, if 55q has reason to believe the Promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim Promotions, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bonus being credited, 55q reserves the right to correct the error, which may include removal of the incorrectly credited amount.

6 Game Rules and Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the 55q Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market ("Game Rules"). Game Rules are provided within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before participating.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 55q does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed, except where expressly stated in the applicable Game Rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or betting event, 55q reserves the right to void bets and return stakes to affected Players, or to resolve the outcome based on the information available at the time.
• 55q uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their own regulatory frameworks.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 55q at any time without prior notice.
• Where a match or event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, 55q will apply its standard void/settlement rules as set out in the applicable sports betting terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55q Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by 55q.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by 55q.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 55q staff or other Players.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55q Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 55q or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express written consent of 55q.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55q shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes; interruption or unavailability of the Platform; technical errors or malfunctions; unauthorised access to your account; or any reliance placed on information provided on the Platform.

55q makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 55q account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

55q reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached these Terms; we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform or its other Players.

• Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 55q may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies will be communicated to affected Players via their registered contact details prior to any action being taken.
• Any outstanding bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable Game Rules.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

55q collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 55q applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.

13 Amendments to These Terms

55q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 55q will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 55q will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes with Players informally and in good faith. If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or any service provided by 55q, please contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. 55q aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

15 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55q with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
